I come from the Baltimore, and after age 16, divided my time between England and New York before settling in California 21 years ago. I now live between Mill Valley and Italy, and over the years, the travel and cross cultural sense has given me a deep appreciation and connection to what I consider ' Voice Dialogue reality'. I came to Voice Dialogue 21 years ago, a synchronistic meeting and found this work to be the most profound and life changing of all the things I had discovered. It is like traveling within y our own self, no need for anything but you and a skilled facilitator. I feel so lucky to have found this practice, love teaching and initiating others and mostly just absorbing the joy of having an aware ego process, skills and tools to navigate life, energy awareness and ability to connect and have tremendous presence in linkage. Voice Dialogue integrates with my creative side, my intuitive spiritual side, and my practical energies and especially connects me to my dream world and a feeling of a greater consciousness. I am so grateful to Hal and Sidra for their wisdom and also the gift of voice dialogue they have created and channeled into this time in our world.

Professional Background
Originally my work was as an actor, director and producer off Broadway in New York, and also a singer in Europe. I became interested in pursuing my work in counseling psychology in my late 20's. I was very fortunate to discover Voice Dialogue when I was 30 years old. Always drawn to the transpersonal theories and yet wanting to keep one foot in the practical applications of psychology, I became a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2002 after an 8 year traditional training and internship process. My work includes extensive experience with leading groups, including eating disorders, grief and loss, addictions and family relationships. My particular specialty is working with couples, and also with individuals wanting a more expansive and integrated experience of life. I integrate voice dialogue and the psychology of the selves into my psychotherapy practice. I also teach and facilitate workshops using voice dialogue as a method for self- disc overy and personal growth. Past themes include, ‘ The Inner Critic’, ‘ Voice Dialogue and Creativity’, ‘ Mature Women and Love’, ‘ Body Love’, ' Archetypes and the actor’. I believe an aware ego process is a gateway to a rich, enhanced and creative life.
