A passion for an ever wider understanding of human nature and our relationship to the cosmos keeps my process of learning constantly alive. That passion for my own growth is coupled with a desire to support you in both your moments of darkness and in your breakthroughs to greater comfort, satisfaction, and joy.
My practice is also informed by interests in world religions, world travel, mythology, sexuality, shamanism, dreamwork, astrology, and zen, to name a few. Psychological modalities that currently inform my work are Jungian/Archetypal, Sandplay, Hakomi, Voice Dialogue, Mindfulness, Shamanic, Ecopsychology, and Animal Assisted Therapy.

| I attended graduate school late in life after many years of delving deeply into my own personal growth through a wide variety of spiritual and psychological modalities. Fundamental in that process were my years of study in Voice Dialogue with Hal and Sidra Stone. I have many hours of Voice Dialogue facilitator training and continue to keep my Voice Dialogue practice vibrant through being facilitated in my own ongoing Voice Dialogue process of discovery and growth. I find that Voice Dialogue and its Jungian foundation supports the other modalities that I am trained in and offer in my work with clients. I have completed the Advanced Profession Training in Hakomi, and have a background in Ecopsychology. I present at schools and conferences on Animal Assisted Therapy with my registered therapy dog. She is available for those clients who request her in their sessions with me. And finally, with my NCGR III certification in astrology, I offer another facet of understanding the many archetypal dimensions of psyche that manifest as selves in the Voice Dialogue process. |
