I have had a passion for the exploration of consciousness since the late 1960's. I have relentlessly pursued this exploration through the study of psychology and spirituality in both academia and through participation in several leading psycho-spiritual teachings including Voice Dialogue. My overarching perspective on consciousness work is that you can only take people as far as you have gone in your own personal work.

Professional Background
I have explored consciousness over the past four decades using a variety of psycho-therapeutic, meditative and spiritual approaches. I have studied and used Voice Dialogue as a facilitator in private practice beginning shortly after my first residential training in California in 1990. I have also studied and practiced a variety of psychotherapies over the years. These modalities include many of the contemporary leading edge approaches to psychotherapy including those used in the psycho-dynamic, behavioral, and cognitive schools. I have also studied and practiced yoga and meditation over these many years as an adjunct in the exploration of consciousness while also using more traditional psychological methods. My current psychotherapy practice is an integration of all these so called psycho-spiritual practices and a synthesis of eastern and western approaches to exploring and discovering what consciousness is.
