An Invitation
You are invited to come work with us and a small, carefully selected staff on the beautiful North Coast of California in the teaching format that we like best! These informal, small (limited to 12 - 14 participants), non-residential intensive training sessions are ideal for learning our work in the intimacy and comfort of our own home. All participants in these workshops must already be familiar with our work and able to facilitate Voice Dialogue.

Since Mendocino is a major vacation destination, there are a variety of accommodations, ranging from modest to luxurious, that can meet your needs for lodging.

PROGRAM
These training intensives are designed for both personal and professional growth. They include teaching sessions, discussion groups, demonstrations, exercises, and individual experience of the work in Voice Dialogue sessions facilitated by both staff members and other participants.

There is particular emphasis upon Voice Dialogue, the bonding patterns (including the bonding patterns in the transference), relationship issues, energetic training and working with dreams. We, Hal and Sidra, will teach, lead discussions and conduct demonstration sessions. Our teaching sessions will vary according to our current interests. The material covered will also reflect the composition and needs of each particular group. The more background you bring to this group, the richer your experience will be. Please familiarize yourself with our work. There are books, audiocassette tapes, and a video documentary available; use whatever appeals to you.

Each training intensive is unique, but they do follow a similar schedule. Doors open at 9:00 AM for coffee, tea, breakfast breads and fruits. The teaching day begins at 9:30 AM with a teaching session that lasts until noon. This is followed by Voice Dialogue sessions from noon to 1:30 PM. The lunch break is from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We serve a large luncheon. There are places, both indoors and out, to walk (or run), nap, visit, work creatively, or just be quiet during the remainder of this free time. The afternoon group teaching and/or Voice Dialogue sessions resume at 3:30. The day ends at approximately 7:00 PM.

WILL I RECEIVE INDIVIDUAL VOICE DIALOGUE SESSIONS?
Your individual Voice Dialogue sessions, and those of your fellow participants, are an integral part of these programs. As a participant in one of these training intensives, you can expect to receive a minimum of three individual Voice Dialogue sessions.

WHAT DO THE LEVELS INDICATE?
Level II is for people who are already familiar with Voice Dialogue, the Psychology of Selves, and the energetics of the Aware Ego. Attendance at a Level I Training Intensive of at least 36 hours or the equivalent experience in workshops/private tutorials and private facilitations, is a prerequisite for Level II. Some experience of individual facilitations is essential.

Level III is limited to individuals who have spent at least three to five years using Voice Dialogue professionally as teachers, facilitators, or therapists. Level III intensives follow a retreat format, with an emphasis upon dreams, bonding patterns, the energetics of relationship, personal process, and group process. Although we do have staff members who facilitate participants, we see these intensives as a gathering of peers who come together to enhance their skills and to deepen their own processes.

TIME
All trainings begin at 4:00 PM on the first day and end at noon on the last day.

PAYMENT
A $300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will reserve a place for you. A second payment of $975 will be due on or before 90 days in advance of the Training. The final payment of $975 will be due on or before 45 days in advance of the Training. Payment plans can be arranged with Sandy Forrington, our Office Manager. Payment plans are available.

VISA and MasterCard are accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is due no later than 45 days before the training. No refunds will be made later than 90 days before the training unless your space can be filled. If you are replaced, only the $300 deposit will be retained and the remainder will be
refunded to you.

Since these trainings are non-residential, lodging is arranged by the participants. We are happy to help you to make these arrangements.
